The last 30 years saw a noticeable increase in our pace of living, even optometry has become more commercialised and our chair time more valuable. Yet, due to our increase in digital time, the need for proper binocular vision testing has become more necessary than ever.
Ilse was in practice for more than 15 years, with a primary passion for binocular and paediatric vision. She realised that binocular vision was important as most of her patients that spend long hours on digital devices experienced eyestrain and started showing signs of astigmatism and/or myopia.
Traditional testing methods required expensive, old, clunky equipment, and were time consuming. The process was also complex and very often required detail manual reporting. Ilse looked for a solution to these problems and after coming up empty-handed, Eyeli was born.
Eyeli makes it quick, easy and fun to test and treat binocular vision problems. All the clunky tools and complicated formulas are now rolled up into a simple tablet app. We hope you love it as much as we do!
