How does the Free plan work?

You get 3 consultations per week at no cost. If you need more in a given week you can top up with pay-per-consultation credits. Patient data storage is always free and included - regardless of which plan you are on.

What counts as a consultation?

A consultation is one complete session with a patient - running through the applicable tests, generating results, and saving the record. You can run as many individual tests as needed within a single consultation.

What's the difference between Essential and Premium?

The core test suite, reports, and data storage are the same on both plans. Premium adds the patient-facing layer - you can share Eyeli directly with patients so they can complete tests and therapy exercises at home. You monitor their progress remotely from your dashboard.

Is patient data storage really free?

Yes. All patient records, test results, and progress history are stored at no additional cost on every plan - including Free. Data storage is not a premium feature.

What do I need to run Eyeli?

A tablet or smartphone (iOS or Android) and a standard clinical space. Some tests require a 3-metre chart - the app guides you through the setup. Some tests also use anaglyphs or flippers; you can order these from our shop.

How does the free trial work for paid plans?

Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. We will reach out before the trial ends to help you choose the right plan for your practice.

Can multiple practitioners share one account?

Essential covers up to 3 practitioners per practice. Premium is unlimited - everyone on the team can run tests, view patient records, and generate reports.
