Number Match

An Eye Teaming exercise, worn with red-green anaglyphs - match red and green tiles showing the same number.

Why

Both our eyes should work together as a team and it is essential that this cooperation is balanced. If the one eye works harder than the other, it may result in challenges with eye-hand coordination, distance estimation, focussing, etc.

How

A number of tiles with red and green numbers will appear. Each number will appear twice. Match the numbers up by tapping the red and green tiles with the same number. Once matched, the tiles will disappear.
